To pair your remote control successfully, connect to a 2.4G WiFi network. Ensure that both the gateway and the door lock are within 32 feet of each other to maintain a stable connection. During setup, make sure your smartphone and gateway are connected to the same WiFi network.

Setting up is quick and straightforward. Just plug in the power, use the app for setup and pairing, and you can start using it within one minute. Note that the product does not include a power adapter.
