Strong Compatibility

The BIWIBON BG2 WiFi Gateway offers strong compatibility with all Tuya Smart APP-compatible smart devices, including smart fingerprint door locks. This ensures seamless integration and easy access control management, making it a versatile and reliable choice.

Important Notice

For stable connection, it is recommended to keep the distance between the gateway and the smart door lock within 32 feet (10 meters). For optimal performance, we suggest keeping the distance between the locks and gateway to a maximum of 10 feet. Additionally, ensure that both your smartphone and the gateway are connected to the same Wi-Fi network during the pairing process.

Remote and Voice Control

The BG2 gateway connects to the Tuya Smart APP, enabling you to unlock your smart lock remotely without any Bluetooth distance limitations. It is also compatible with Alexa (Alexa not included) or Google Assistant, allowing you to control your smart door locks with your voice, providing added convenience and security.

Package and Warranty

Our package includes a Gateway, a Type-C USB Cable, and a detailed User Manual. Note that the power adapter is not included. We offer a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, and our BIWIBON Customer Service is always available to assist you with any questions or support you may need.
