Compatibility: The Veise G2 Wifi gateway is compatible with smart locks using the DD lock App or TT Lock App. One gateway can be paired with multiple door locks of the same account. Other apps are not supported.
Remote control: Once the gateway is connected to the DD lock App or TT Lock App smart lock, it enables remote control, real time status checking of the door lock, and remote setting of custom passwords and other remote functions.
Voice control: After the gateway is paired with the smart lock, it is compatible with Alexa and Google voice assistants for voice intelligent control.
Adapts to 2.4G WiFi only. To ensure a stable connection between the G2 Gateway and the lock, the distance between the two should be within 32 feet of each other. Additionally, your smartphone and the gateway must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
Warranty: Veise provides a minimum 1-year warranty and lifetime online phone support from Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM PST, as well as 24/7 after-sales email service.
