The BIWIBON BG2 WiFi Gateway ensures seamless integration with all Tuya Smart APP-compatible smart devices, including smart fingerprint door locks. This makes it easy to manage access control and enhance your home security.
Stable Connection
For the best performance, keep the distance between the gateway and your smart door lock within 32 feet (10 meters). It is recommended to place the lock and gateway within 10 feet of each other for optimal connectivity. Ensure both your smartphone and the gateway are on the same Wi-Fi network during the pairing process.
Remote and Voice Control
The BG2 gateway connects to the Tuya Smart APP, allowing you to remotely unlock your smart door locks without any Bluetooth distance limitations. Additionally, it is compatible with Alexa (Alexa not included) and Google Assistant, offering voice control for enhanced convenience.
Package and Warranty
Our package includes a Gateway, Type-C USB Cable, and a User Manual. The power adapter is not included. We offer a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, and our BIWIBON Customer Service is always available to assist you with any questions or support you may need.
