【Important Notice】: For optimal performance, keep the distance between the gateway and your smart door lock within 32 feet (10 meters). For the strongest connection, maintain a distance of 10 feet or less between the locks and the gateway. Additionally, make sure both your smartphone and the gateway are connected to the same Wi-Fi network during the pairing process.
【Remote and Voice Control】: The BG2 gateway connects to the Tuya Smart APP, allowing you to unlock your smart lock remotely without any Bluetooth distance limitations. It is also compatible with Alexa or Google Assistant (Alexa not included), giving you the option to control your smart door locks with your voice.
