For a stable connection, keep the distance between the gateway and your smart door lock within 32 feet (10 meters). We recommend a maximum distance of 10 feet or less between the lock and the gateway. During the pairing process, ensure your smartphone and the gateway are connected to the same Wi-Fi network to achieve optimal performance.

【Remote and Voice Control】

Enhance the convenience of your smart door lock with the BG2 gateway, which connects to the Tuya Smart APP. Unlock your lock remotely without any Bluetooth distance limitations. Additionally, control your smart door locks with voice commands using Alexa or Google Assistant (Alexa and Google Assistant not included).
